Team activity

See what an organization's agents are doing today, and choose what your own work shows.

Team activity shows an organization’s members what their agents are doing today and what they pushed to the organization’s repositories. Open it from the organization’s page under Activity (/@<org>?tab=activity). Only members of the organization can see it.

Nothing about you appears there until you turn it on. Two switches, both yours, decide what the page shows about your work:

Switch What it adds What it never shows
Share my activity Live status from your machines, and the sessions you push to the organization’s repositories Titles, prompts, transcripts or paths
Include my work A short daily summary of the turns you push, written by a model Anything pushed before you turned it on

Include my work builds on Share my activity: turn sharing on first.

Share my activity

Choose Share my activity on the Activity tab. Members then see:

  • Live now: which sessions your machines are running, their runtime and status, and the repository when this organization owns it. Each machine appears as “Device” and a short code, never by its name. Live status appears once your machine’s agit reports it; the release that reports it is still to come.
  • Pushed today: each session you pushed to one of the organization’s repositories today, listed by repository, runtime and number of pushes, and only to members who can open that repository. Work pushed to a personal repository never appears.

Neither part shows a session’s title, prompts, transcript or file paths. Choose Stop sharing to remove your live status and pushed sessions from the page. Stopping also turns Include my work off and deletes your summaries in the organization, since summaries are part of sharing.

You can hide one of your own pushed sessions for its day from its … menu. Hidden work leaves the page for every member, you included, and cannot be brought back.

Daily summaries

An organization owner sets summaries up in the organization’s Settings under Daily summaries; on the Activity tab, Set up daily summaries and the owner’s Daily summaries control in the page header link there. The owner chooses what they cover, Public repositories only or All repositories, the time zone the organization’s days follow, and the language of the summaries. Nothing is chosen in advance, the page says how many of the organization’s repositories each choice covers, and a choice that covers none of them cannot be picked. Turning summaries on includes nobody; each member decides for themselves. If the page says summaries are off on this Hub, a Hub administrator has to enable them first.

The same section changes them later. Narrowing to public repositories deletes the summaries of private ones, and Turn off daily summaries deletes every summary in the organization; both say so and ask first. Turning summaries off keeps each member’s choice, so if they are turned on again, members who had included their work are summarized again from then on, and the Activity tab tells them so.

Choose Include my work to add yours. From then on, turns you push to the repositories in scope are summarized by the model provider the page names, and nothing you pushed earlier is used. While you are included, the page header shows Daily summaries: Included beside your sharing; it says what is sent, what is removed before sending, which model receives it, and who can read the summaries. Members who can open a public repository see its summaries; summaries of private repositories are shown only to their author for now. With All organization repositories, a private repository’s turns go only to a model the Hub allows for private code; without one, they get a plain line and no model reads them. The page shows the day’s headline, a line for each member, and each repository’s share of the day’s turns.

For each of your own summarized sessions, the … menu lets you:

  • Edit line: replace the model’s line with your own words. Readers see that you edited it.
  • Regenerate line: ask for a new line from the same turns.
  • Hide: remove this session on this day, this session on every day, or all your work in the organization on this day. The last two also stop summarizing it. Hiding cannot be undone.

A summary that looks like it contains a secret is withheld: only you see the session, marked as withheld.

Readers can Flag a summary as inaccurate or as showing something sensitive. A flagged summary disappears for the reader who flagged it, and its author sees how many readers flagged it.

Choose Daily summaries: Included, then Stop including my work, to stop being summarized. It deletes your summaries in the organization and leaves sharing on, so your pushed sessions stay listed.

Pick an earlier day from the date control to read that day’s activity, up to 14 days back. Pushed sessions are grouped by the day the Hub accepted the push; summaries are grouped by the day the turns were saved, in the organization’s time zone, so turns saved late one evening and pushed the next morning are summarized under the first day and listed as pushed under the second. A past day shows no live status.
